  The weather was bad but no one can help that. I only thing I have bad is I did not recive a call or email with the room key code . I stopped by the office and they send me a few miles down the road to another office that lady was real nice and told me to contact the rental company so I did the guy give me the code and said he had called my phone I was ridding a motorcycle for a few hours to get their but I looked and I had not recived a call he could have text or email . I think for first time renters y'all may wont to explain check in a little better . I will use your company again the summer and for fall rally it's always nice to get to get to speck to a live person . Thanks .. Marty

  I attended the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and this location was awesome. It is less than a mile walk if you wanted to walk; and less than a 5 minute drive to Pier Park. The property and view were fantastic!!!! Would highly recommend using Book That Condo to all my friends and family.

  When we first arrived we did have a problem with the carpet in the condo.We called Book that Condo and they were on it. The carpet cleaner was there first thing the following morning. We had 3 different follow up calls from Book That Condo to make sure everything was satisfactory with us.We have rented from private owners before and had a problem and their attitude was, "we will give you back your money and you can find somewhere else to stay". Book That Condo was so professional and wanted to make sure we were happy. We were so happy with this condo we have already rented it next year for 2 months!!!! Thank you to the wonderful staff at Book That Condo. You can't go wrong with them.

  I would highly recommend a stay at Emerald Beach. The condo was beautiful and the ocean view was amazing. We encountered multiple staff members throughout our stay and everyone was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning in the future!   This condo had so much room inside. We were a little disappointed with the balcony size, but it held a table & 4 chairs plus a chaise so it served it's purpose. The view is fantastic. We would definitely rent this one again!!

  Great Condo and the people at the office were more than happy to help and were very nice. Great view 24th floor. Easy access to the beach, Sharkies, and other fun spots. Only complaints was the elevator rides and the long walks to/from the parking garage. Other than that we will be back next year.

  We had a great time in PCB and the condo was very comfortable and met our needs. There were a few amenities that we could have used to make the stay a little more convenient but overall we loved it and would definitely come back! The managment company was very accomodating and attentive.

  too many elevators to ride our condo did not have cable until the thursday before we left saturday the fridges ice door froze up { not there fault it is a defect in the ge product } the room was great the view great every thing else was good
